En mai 1977, Elton John monte sur la scène du mythique Rainbow Theatre de Londres avec Ray Cooper pour une série de 6 concerts. C’est au cours de cette tournée qu’Elton interpréta pour la première fois Roy Rogers, Cage The Songbird, Idol et I Feel Like A Bullet (In The Gun Of Robert Ford). Le CD comprend également le titre Goodbye.
